Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking experienced part-time bartenders to bring The Mallory’s beverage program to life across diverse events in West Chelsea, NYC. You will deliver polished service, prepare cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized bar from setup through breakdown.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartending in fast-paced settings, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to move quickly with composure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience bartending weddings, corporate events, galas, or other high-volume events is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests during events.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and consistently.
• Learn and execute The Mallory’s beverages, menus, and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar throughout each program.
• Collaborate with beverage, culinary, operations, and events teams to ensure smooth service.
