Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking experienced part-time bartenders to bring The Mallory’s beverage program and hospitality standards to life across diverse events in NYC. You will deliver polished, personable service while serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed, accuracy, and care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartending experience in high-volume environments, a strong knowledge of drinks, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience in high-volume venues.
• Experience bartending weddings, corporate events, galas or upscale hospitality is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, efficient service to guests at events.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow beverage menus, recipes, and CHG service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each program.
• Coordinate with beverage, culinary, operations and events teams for smooth service.
• Assist with setup/breakdown, receiving deliveries, and equipment movement.
