We’re working with a high-volume, elevated corporate restaurant concept in Miami looking for a strong Sous Chef to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, consistency, team development, and wants real long-term growth within an expanding company.

The ideal candidate is a solid, mid-level Sous Chef who enjoys being hands‑on in the kitchen, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and understands the importance of systems, standards, and execution.

• Ideally 2+ years of Sous Chef experience
• Experience in full service, high-volume, elevated restaurant environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with inventory management and ordering
