Qualifications

• Background in high-volume, upscale or fine dining.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with food cost, labor, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and develop a team in a high-volume setting.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
