The role requires handling 50+ calls daily, updating records, and prioritizing tasks. This contract-to-hire position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to advance within a nationwide operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume dispatch, call center, or customer service role.
• Proven experience handling frequent inbound calls (50+ per day) and data entry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking information.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high daily volume of inbound service-related calls while maintaining documentation.
• Receive and process maintenance requests submitted through portals and phone calls, including emergencies.
• Create, update, and manage service requests within a computerized maintenance management system.
