Qualifications

• Engineering or business background is required.
• Master's degree in Quality Management and related fields is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar dispatcher/quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage quality reports from business areas and integrate into sustainability reporting.
• Implement and monitor business continuity models to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare presentations, reports and supporting materials for effective execution of quality projects.
• Support ISO and international standards implementation and compliance.
• Monitor data and results, proposing corrective and preventive measures for accuracy.
• Update corporate regulatory systems to reflect current needs and requirements.
