Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts payable or collections.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle, high-volume collection communication.
• Assist AR staff workload management.
• Submit invoices and statements to clients.
• Monitor aged accounts and contact delinquent creditors.
• Create reports on client account status.
• Verify discrepancies by coordinating with sales and clients.
• Adjust receivables due to billing errors with Accounting approval.
• Assist in monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Support districts/branches in inquiries.
• Review delinquent accounts for legal/collection review.
• Process customer payments through portal.
• Resolve customer disputes.
• Gather job information to process notices to owners.
• Support other projects as assigned.
