Flik Hospitality Group in Seatac, WA is hiring a full-time COOK to prepare meals in a high-volume environment. The role requires adherence to HACCP standards, proper portioning and timely service. You will support production, assist with ordering and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume cooking experience required.
• Food Handler permit preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required.
