Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bartending school or related hospitality training is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years bartending in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawers.
- Casino/resort experience preferred.
- Must meet state/ local responsible beverage service requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and cocktail servers.
- Draws beer, pours wine and spirits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver guests courteous, professional service.
- Ensure compliance with ABC regulations, RBS guidelines and policies.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory, communicate stock needs.
