Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is hiring an Assistant Server – Mozen to support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, serving drinks, and assisting Servers with food and beverage service. This role helps deliver timely, courteous guest service in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting.

You will maintain a clean dining area, know the menu, follow ABC regulations and health standards, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained upon hire.
• 6–12 months in a food service support role such as assistant server or busser.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with dining experience with professionalism.
• Support servers by taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve water, beverages and food items promptly with proper presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions.
• Buss and reset tables quickly to keep dining area organized.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Restock service stations and maintain supplies.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team and kitchen staff.
• Handle alcohol service with proper ID checks and compliance.
• Perform additional side work as needed.
