Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes drink orders within 3 minutes of seating.
• Maintains knowledge of drink menus and upsells items.
• Accurately enters orders into POS and delivers beverages promptly.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and proper cash handling.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in beverage areas.
