Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Bartender III to deliver premium beverage service with precision and showmanship on the casino floor. You will train team members, upsell, manage orders in POS, and maintain an engaging guest experience while upholding sanitation and stock standards.

The role requires high volume bar experience, 21+ age, and relevant certifications; a fast-paced, high-energy environment is expected with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
• RASS or TIPS Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and servers, describe menus and upsell premium items.
• Mix and serve cocktails and beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Enter orders in POS and handle cash according to policies.
• Assist with bar inventory, garnishes and restocking during shifts.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area and ensure guest satisfaction.
