Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar – Square One Concepts is seeking a reliable Boiler Cook to operate industrial boilers and prepare large-scale dishes in a high-volume kitchen. You will follow recipes, monitor temperatures, and ensure quality and safety across all prepared foods.

The role requires 18+ years old with food safety certification, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work as part of a culinary team while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
