Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You’ll handle orders, upsell recommendations, and maintain a clean bar area.

This role requires 21+ years old, eligibility for liquor and gaming licenses, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Experience in high-volume bars is preferred; strong cocktail, beer, wine knowledge and excellent customer service are essential to thrive

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests and take orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines in a smoky environment.
