Job summary

Violi at Mercato in Naples, FL is seeking bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, full-service setting. You will prepare and serve beverages with accuracy, maintain a welcoming bar, and guide guests on menu items and allergens.

Join a team focused on consistency, teamwork, and guest loyalty, with opportunities for private events and guest engagement initiatives. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals, and spirits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes with accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging hospitality to every guest at the bar and in the service well.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, including allergens, and provide recommendations.
• Execute high-volume service while maintaining composure, organization, and quality standards.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments per procedures.
• Follow cash handling, drawer management, and end-of-shift reconciliation procedures.
