Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality Violi Naples Barback at Mercato in Naples, FL. You will support bartenders, stock and replenish bar inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area to ensure fast, accurate beverage service.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, willingness to obtain Food Handler and BASSET certifications, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a dynamic team focused on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements per state law.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• BASSET certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Prepare garnishes and bar components according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service wells, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
• Wash, dry, and polish glassware and ensure an adequate supply is available throughout service.
• Change kegs and soda syrup boxes as needed.
• Remove trash, break down cardboard, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries.
• Support bartenders during high-volume service to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency.
