Job summary

HVMG seeks a Bartender/Cook to craft beverages and assist with kitchen duties in our hotel bar. You’ll engage guests, mix drinks, and ensure a welcoming, clean, and efficient service area on weekend evenings in Naples, FL.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours. Prior hotel or bar experience and bartender certification are a plus; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel or bar experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Bartender certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests and maintain bar quality.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Take orders, promote specials, and handle POS transactions.
• Prepare and cook food in the kitchen when needed.
• Assist guests and provide exceptional service.
