Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a talented Bartender in Oklahoma to craft a wide range of beverages and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will mix cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean bar and accurate transactions. A flexible schedule and previous high-volume bartending are preferred, with opportunities to grow within our vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior bartender experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
• Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive, personalized service, take orders and offer recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
