Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced bar environment, leveraging cocktail knowledge and a friendly demeanor to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements include 21 years or older, ability to obtain ABLE and Gaming licenses, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior bartending in high-volume settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Able to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Previous bartender experience in high-volume bars preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization (bar tops, utensils, equipment).
• Handle cash/credit transactions following procedures.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
