DineAmic Hospitality is looking for bartenders for Violi located at Oakbrook Mall. Successful candidates will deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong product knowledge, precision in beverage preparation, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will maintain composure under pressure, communicate well with guests, and help create memorable bar experiences. Prior bartending experience and alcohol service certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals, and spirits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging hospitality.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations.
• Execute high-volume service while maintaining quality standards.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Follow best practices for cash handling and drawer management.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Complete assigned side work and assist with inventory control.
