Violi Oak Brook at DineAmic Hospitality is hiring bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at Oak Brook, IL. You will apply strong beverage knowledge and precision to craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, while maintaining a welcoming bar space.

Successful candidates will work with servers and kitchen staff, manage orders in a POS, handle cash responsibly, and help promote the restaurant’s rewards program and guest

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with accuracy.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality at the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and drink options.
• Enter orders into the POS and process payments.
• Follow cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation procedures.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service per regulations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with inventory and restocking.
• Review BEOs and coordinate bar service for events.
• Follow company policies and sanitation guidelines.
