Qualifications

• Must have high volume call centre experience; at least 2 years, recent.
• Must be available to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
• Must be reliable with minimal absences!
• Highly desirable to have banking/financial client experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (100+ per day).
• Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and resolve questions or concerns.
• Be familiar with banking concepts, products and services; perform customer service tasks.
