Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Pomona, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns and performing bumper-to-bumper repairs in a high-volume shop setting.

You will work with modern diagnostic equipment, handle 50–60 vehicles weekly, and strive for accurate repairs and efficient production. ASE credentials are preferred and company training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at an A-Level Automotive Technician level.
• Strong automotive diagnostic ability.
• Experience using scan tools and modern vehicle systems.
• Proven ability to maintain 100%+ production efficiency.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• High-volume or flat-rate shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs.
• Maintain 100%+ production efficiency.
• Complete vehicle inspections and repair documentation.
• Communicate diagnostic and repair findings with Service Advisors.
