Job summary

Super Service in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in a high-volume shop. The role offers a base pay of $33.80+/hour plus bonus and an annual earnings potential of $100,000–$150,000+.

Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of experience at an A-Level technician level, strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills, and own tools. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician at an A-Level shop.
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills.
• Ability to maintain production in a high-volume shop.
• Own professional automotive tools; ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume automotive repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain quality workmanship in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain 100%+ production output.
• Support an efficient, production-focused shop workflow.
