Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Pomona, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns and performing bumper-to-bumper repairs in a high-volume shop setting.

You will work with modern diagnostic equipment, handle 50–60 vehicles weekly, and strive for accurate repairs and efficient production. ASE credentials are preferred and company training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at an A-Level Automotive Technician level.
• Strong automotive diagnostic ability.
• Experience using scan tools and modern vehicle systems.
• Proven ability to maintain 100%+ production efficiency.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• High-volume or flat-rate shop experience preferred.

Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.80–$35.62/hour base + production bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly

This Pomona, CA automotive repair shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician who can handle diagnostics, bumper-to-bumper repairs, and consistent production.

The shop services approximately 50–60 vehicles per week in a structured environment with clear processes. You'll diagnose electrical, drivability, and A/C concerns while using modern diagnostic equipment to complete accurate repairs and inspections.
