Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Maintenance/Facility Technician in Casa Grande, AZ to support the Facility Manager and help operate and maintain wind, solar, and storage assets. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read one-line diagrams, and follow safety and LOTO procedures to keep power delivery reliable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate; or 3 years of related BOP experience.
• Capable of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a power plant.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft applications.
• Basic understanding of one‑line diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to read, write and understand Switching Orders.
• Perform Hot‑Cold‑Hot voltage checks and follow LOTO procedures.
• Experience racking‑out low/medium voltage circuit breakers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Manager in all areas of the operating site.
• Balance of Plant operation and maintenance of plant equipment and switchgear.
• Lead the use of maintenance documentation and performance systems.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for plant equipment and power delivery.
• Promote safe work habits and stop work when needed.
• Manage site procedures, training, and safety programs.
• Support community relations and local interactions as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper permitting using CMMS.
