The role supports efficient production by reducing waste and maintaining equipment and work areas while contributing to continuous improvement. Responsibilities include assembling to customer requirements, completing safety training, learning takt and cycle times, following SOPs, reducing rework, and participating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
• Ability to understand process changes and updated work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete all required safety training and consistently comply with PPE requirements.
• Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work for each operation.
• Follow all work instructions, SOPs, and documented processes for assigned tasks.
• Reduce rework and scrap through understanding of quality requirements.
• Participate in safety activities and contribute ideas for 6S or ergonomics.
• Meet schedule, attendance, and punctuality expectations.
• Support weekend and off shift work as required.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested and maintain reliable attendance.
