ROI - Workforce as a Service (WaaS) is hiring a Field Project Manager for Texas project sites. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of HV electrical construction, including substations and transmission, while managing field crews, schedules, and safety standards.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of HV experience, strong leadership, and ability to read electrical drawings. Travel to sites is required; a valid license and OSHA 1910.269 familiarity are expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of high-voltage utility or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Proven experience managing field construction activities on substations, transmission, or distribution projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to assigned project sites.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate field operations for high-voltage electrical construction projects.
• Direct construction sequencing, workforce allocation, equipment, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead daily site coordination meetings and communicate field priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
