Energy Jobline ZR seeks a High Voltage Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations for a critical area, overseeing both General and Subcontractors. You will guide project timelines, safety programs and regulatory compliance while reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Production.

The role requires substantial supervisory experience in high voltage environments, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supervisory experience in a similar facility or construction environment.
• High voltage installation experience is required.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.
• Broad understanding of high voltage transmission and substations.
• Expertise in commercial electrical field management, design and contracting.

Responsabilités

• Direct, train and administer the efforts of general and subcontractors on the project.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors to standardize processes.
• Develop and enforce field personnel hiring processes.
• Ensure electrical safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Oversee maintenance activities, inspections and testing of systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for the area in scope.
• Oversee safety program and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure field staff comply with government regulations and contract documents.
• Assign field staffing to meet project timelines with production director input.
• Coordinate with Tools/Equipment Manager on tools and inventory.
