Lilly Technology Center in Indianapolis seeks an Industrial Electrician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain critical utility and electrical systems. You will collaborate with multiple maintenance crafts to ensure safe, reliable operations and cGMP compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) and electrical schematics. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree/technical certificate in electrical discipline is preferred.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and diagrams is expected.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and maintenance documentation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on medium voltage electrical equipment (13.8KV switch gear, breakers, relays).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and repair to minimize downtime.
• Install and modify electrical equipment (conduit, conductors, lighting, circuits).
• Calibrate and maintain process instrumentation (temp, pressure, flow, pH, etc.).
• Read P&ID drawings and document all work following cGMP principles.
