Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years managing paid media campaigns hands-on across major platforms.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers.
• Reporting, Excel and data chops — pivots, lookups, and performance storytelling.
• Obsession with testing, learning, and improving fast.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Resilience under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-functional project timelines from planning through execution.
• Manage communication between Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, and Merchandising.
• Build briefs, status reports, and post-mortems to keep all aligned.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks and solve them quickly.
• Lead project check-ins with stakeholders and report priorities and resources.
• Drive process improvements to speed up campaign execution and scalability.
• Track deliverables and action items for media plans, assets, and dashboards.
