Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings, a leading multi-brand pet health company, is seeking a Paid Media Manager for PTZ Pet Insurance. The role owns performance marketing strategy and execution across direct-to-consumer channels, with paid search as the largest investment and influence across social, programmatic, affiliate, partnerships, marketplaces, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

2-4+ years of performance marketing experience.
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Experience managing annual media budgets of $5M+.
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and incrementality.
Proven experience scaling customer acquisition programs.
Advanced Excel and performance reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own customer acquisition performance across paid search and broader channels.
Develop annual and quarterly growth plans aligned to revenue targets.
Identify scalable opportunities across channels, audiences, products, and markets.
Recommend investment allocations based on performance and ROI.
Influence forecasting, budgeting, and growth targets.
Lead external agencies and platform relationships.
