Qualifications

• VIP experience in client-facing travel or events is preferred.
• Exceptional telephone manner and written skills required.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and deliver high-touch service to reduce total travel cost.
• Proactively manage workload to meet client- or RM- proposed deadlines.
• Oversee air, rail, car, ferry, and other bookings, advising on best practices.
• Support travellers with knowledge of R&M and Navan technology and tools.
