Qualifications

• Two years of machining, metal fabrication, stamping, or related manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision gaging, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-tonnage metal stamping presses to manufacture production parts.
• Assist with machine setups, minor program adjustments, and quality inspections while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents to meet specifications and ensure clean, organized work area.
• Maintain safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
