Job summary

You will interpret blueprints, perform tooling changes and inspections, ensure safety and quality, and maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of machining, metal fabrication, stamping, or related manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision gaging, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, troubleshoot high-tonnage metal stamping presses to manufacture production parts meeting engineering and customer specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents, assist with machine setups and quality inspections, ensure safe, efficient operations.
