An application made for this job — a tailored resume and cover letter that speak straight to the posting.
Scaling With Systems hires remote salespeople for an inbound diagnostic role. You will diagnose client constraints, design a fix, and close high‑ticket offers. You handle the full pipeline, including follow‑ups, reactivations, and no-show recoveries, with EST hours and a remote setup.
The role emphasizes no cold calling, commission-based earnings, and direct collaboration with founders. You’ll use the internal script tool and CRM to track performance and close deals in a fully remote environment.
Two-minute application · no video required to start
High-ticket remote sales, inbound only. We hire salespeople for our own sales team — and we place salespeople with the founders we work with: coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers running the same inbound funnel we run. Every seat is booked calls, not leads: the prospect watched a video and booked the call themselves. Your job is to diagnose the business, prescribe the fix, and close.

Section 01
Scaling With Systems builds and runs the acquisition system for service businesses: ads → video sales letter → application → booked call. We run that funnel for ourselves and we install it for our clients. Both need salespeople who can run a real diagnostic call — so we hire from one pool.
Seat A · Our Sales Team
Close for Scaling With Systems. 20–30 inbound diagnostic calls a week with founders doing $10K–$200K/month. The offer is the 60-Day Sprint at $10K–$15K — done-for-you implementation scoped around the constraint you diagnose on the call. Direct line to the founder, ownership of your pipeline.
Seat B · A Client's Sales Team
Get placed with one of the founders we work with — a coach, consultant, agency, or online expert whose funnel we built. Same inbound motion, their offer ($3K–$25K+), their leads. We screen you, match you to the seat that fits your background, and hand you to the founder for the final interview.
The Funnel Every Seat Runs
Cold prospect sees an ad or a piece of content → watches a long-form VSL → fills out an application → books a call. By the time they hit your calendar they're warm but skeptical. They know the brand; they don't yet trust the offer. Nobody in this pool cold calls.
One Application
Apply once. If you're not the fit for our team right now, you stay in the pool for client seats — and vice-versa. When a seat opens that matches your niche, price point, and hours, we reach out. You'll always know which seat we're talking about before you interview.
Section 02
Your primary seat is inbound calls. But every seat also owns its pipeline — anybody who applied and didn't book, anybody who no-showed, and any prospect not already owned by another salesperson.
Primary Inbound Diagnostic Calls
Run booked calls off the VSL funnel — 20–30 a week on our team; client seats vary with their ad spend. Every call is a 45-minute diagnostic: you identify the real constraint in the prospect's business, build the roadmap that solves it, and close them on the offer. On our team, that roadmap becomes what our account managers execute for the next 60 days. If your diagnosis is wrong, the delivery team is running the wrong play.
Follow‑Up on Your Own Deals
Every prospect you take a call with stays in your pipeline until they close or die. Decision calls, follow‑up texts, decision‑maker loop‑ins, payment plan conversations — you own the full close cycle, not just the first call.
Reactivation: Applied but Didn't Book
Prospects who submit an application but never schedule a call go into your reactivation queue. SMS, email, voicemail — get them onto your calendar. These are some of the highest‑leverage minutes in the role.
No‑Show Recovery
When a booked call no‑shows, you work it. Some are real prospects who got pulled into a fire — you rebook them. Some aren't — you triage and move on.
Ongoing CRM Hygiene & Weekly Numbers
Every call logged, every outcome tagged, every follow‑up scheduled. The founder you close for — us or a client — sees your show rate, close rate, and cash collected every week. Clean data is part of the seat, not an admin task you get to skip.
Tools The Sales Script + Diagnostic Tool
Our team runs every call through our internal script tool — a live, in‑call diagnostic that captures their numbers, identifies the constraint, builds the deliverable, and routes the close. Client seats run a sales script we built for them: same structure, their offer. Either way the structure is handled so you can stay in the conversation.
The short version: Take the calls. Diagnose accurately. Close the ones that should close. Work the pipeline aggressively. The leads are there — your job is to convert.
Section 03
This is a diagnostic‑first sale. You're not pitching — you're identifying the real constraint in their business and prescribing the right fix. Every seat in the pool runs the same four phases — it's the method we install with every client.
Phase 1
Diagnose
0–15 min. Get their numbers — MRR, deal size, close rate, show rate, qualified %. Find the real bottleneck. Confirm it back to them in their own words.
Phase 2
Prescribe
15–25 min. Show them the constraint, the math behind it, and the plan you'd run to fix it. No pitch — just the plan.
Phase 3
Close
25–45 min. Present the program that solves the constraint. Handle objections cleanly. Decision‑maker close or champion close depending on who's on the call.
Phase 4
Post‑Call
Onboard if closed. Build a personalized deliverable + follow‑up Loom if they need to think. Run the right close‑out flow based on outcome.
This is half sales, half business consulting. You're not pitching a service — you're diagnosing a real business problem and building the roadmap to fix it. On our team that roadmap becomes the playbook our account managers execute over the next 60 days; on a client seat it's the founder's delivery team. Same standard either way. If you can hear a founder say “my bottleneck is fulfillment” and know whether that's the real constraint or a story they're telling themselves to avoid the real one, you'll thrive here. If you can't, you'll burn pipeline AND set the AM up to fail downstream.
Section 04
We're not looking for the most “salesy” person. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, talks like a consultant, and closes like a pro.
You're a fit if
This isn't for you if
Previous business owners are strongly preferred. The prospects on every seat in this pool are founders or people buying from founders. The salespeople who consistently outperform are the ones who've felt the same constraints — they've had a stuck close rate, they've had unqualified leads, they've had the cash flow tension. They don't need to fake empathy. They have it.
Section 05
Commission on cash collected, no cap, paid as the money lands. Our team and client seats differ in the details — you'll know the exact plan for a seat before you interview for it.
1
Commission on cash collected
Our team pays 10% of cash collected, as we receive it. Pay in full → you're paid in full. Payment plan → you're paid on the same schedule. Client seats set their own plan — most are also 10% of cash collected, commission‑only; some include a base or a draw. We don't place into seats with vague comp.
2
Realistic on‑track earnings: $12,000–$30,000 / month
Based on what salespeople earn at 20–30 booked calls a week on $5K–$15K offers. Client seats depend on their call volume and price point — we only place into seats with real booked‑call volume. Nobody gets placed onto an empty calendar.
3
You're paid as an independent contractor by whichever business you close for. Most seats need US Eastern or Pacific coverage. Leads, script, CRM, and systems are provided — you bring the close.
4
How placement works
Apply once (below) → we watch your Loom → if there's a fit for our team we call you; if there's a fit for a client seat we match you and set up the interview with that founder → you start. If nothing's open in your lane right now you stay in the pool and we reach out when it is.
Section 06
Two steps. Step one is a two‑minute form — no video. Step two is a short Loom, and you can record it right after or come back later. We read every application and reach out by phone if there's a fit.
