Scaling With Systems seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of active clients through a 60-day sprint and into ascension. You are the strategic operator who coaches founders through ad launches, writes or improves copy, and ensures ROI across campaigns while managing timelines and deliverables.
You will work remotely, collaborating with a team to diagnose constraints, deploy four batches of deliverables, and drive client results that justify continued engagements and backend revenue.
You'll own a portfolio of clients who've paid $10K–$22K for a done-for-you revenue system. Your job is to get them a real result inside 60 days — and then close them on continuing past it. You are the reason the sales promise gets kept. This isn't customer service. It's strategic client leadership.

Section 01
Scaling With Systems is a done-for-you marketing and sales infrastructure company. We help service-based founders — coaches, consultants, agencies, online experts — install the systems that take them from stuck to scaling. The sales team diagnoses the constraint and closes the deal. Then you take over.
Our Clients
Founders doing $0–$200K/month, mostly $10K–$50K/month. They've paid $10K–$22K for a done-for-you Revenue System Install. They're motivated, time-pressed, and they need a clear operator guiding them — not a project manager checking boxes.
What We Build for Them
Cold-to-close ad and funnel systems: Facebook ads → VSL → application → sales call. Built in 30 days, live for the second 30 days. Every deliverable — copy, pages, scripts, tech setup — is done for the client and deployed during the sprint window.
The 60-Day Sprint
The standard engagement. Four deliverable batches from onboarding call to deployment, then 30 days of live traffic and KPI coaching. The goal is ROI inside 60 days. The secondary goal is ascension — getting the client to continue past day 60 into a longer advisory engagement.
Ascension
A 30% ascension rate on your client portfolio is the target. That means 3 in 10 clients you run should continue into a $24K–$36K backend engagement. Ascension is a KPI tracked directly by AM — it's the primary measure of your performance.
Section 02
You manage a portfolio of active clients from the moment the sales team hands them off through their full 60-day sprint and into ascension. You are the strategic operator and creator coach for every client under your name.
Within 24–48 hours of a client signing, you review their sales call recording and onboarding form, propose a V1 Sales Copy Blueprint, and get them aligned on offer, avatar, transformation, and guarantee. A 7-day alignment window is open the moment the onboarding call ends — this is your single most important moment with every client.
Oversee and refine four batches of deliverables: ad copy, VSL and funnel pages, sales scripts, and deployment guide. Junior AMs assist with production — you review, ensure quality, and deliver to the client with context and coaching.
Guide clients through recording assets, setting up tech (pixels, calendar, page embeds), launching ads, and coaching their sales team. Once the system is live, you watch KPIs weekly — booked calls, show rate, close rate, cost per booked call — and diagnose what to improve.
You proactively surface issues before clients raise them, run regular check-ins, and ensure every client understands the ROI we're delivering. Clients who feel seen and coached don't leave — they ascend.
Before every sprint ends, you run the ascension conversation — presenting the backend engagement and building the case for why continuing delivers more return than stopping. A 30% ascension rate is expected. Below that, we audit together and figure out why.
Asana is the single source of truth for every client — you keep statuses current, move clients through stages, and surface any escalation to the AM channel same-day. Response time to clients is tracked and matters.
The short version: Onboard. Build. Deploy. Coach. Ascend. Everything else is secondary. Nobody at SWS cares whether the deliverable shipped on time if the client didn’t get results.
Section 03
Account Management at SWS is built on three non-negotiable pillars. Master all three and clients ascend. Ignore one and they churn.
Results
Clients invest in one thing: results — either monetary (revenue, sales, profitability) or equivalent revenue with less effort. Speed, necessity, and focus are how we get there. You hold clients accountable and remove distractions that threaten the result.
Experience
A client who gets results but has a poor experience will not stay. Every client has "Make Me Feel Good" written on their forehead. Compliment, encourage, acknowledge. Nobody remembers what you said — they remember how you made them feel.
Vision
These clients have invested $10K–$22K to be led by you. Never forget how much of a gift it is to impact and change someone's business — especially when it's something we do every single day. This role is equal parts operator, coach, and strategist.
Section 04
Four numbers define your performance as an Account Manager. Two are about results. Two are about relationship. All four are tracked.
Section 05
We’re not looking for a project manager or a relationship manager. We’re looking for someone who can drive client results, coach a founder through their first ad launch, write copy, understand funnel math, and close the ascension conversation — all in the same week.
You’re a fit if
This isn’t for you if
Previous business owners are strongly preferred. Our clients are founders. The AMs who excel here are the ones who've felt the same constraints — a stuck ad account, a low close rate, the stress of money going out before it comes in. They don't need to fake empathy. They have it.
Section 06
Base salary plus variable compensation tied to client results. The more clients ascend under your management, the more your variable comp grows.
1
Structured as base salary plus performance-based variable compensation. OTE exceeds $90K/year for a high-performing AM. Variable comp scales with ascension rate and client outcomes — strong AMs earn meaningfully above base.
2
You're paid as an independent contractor. Remote-first. You manage your own taxes. We provide the clients, the systems, the handbook, and the support structure — you own the results.
3
Occasional in-person events — client offsites, team gatherings, or live events. Typically 3 days max per trip, 2–3 times per year. Travel is coordinated and reimbursed.
