Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking a Residential Sales Closer to convert company-provided leads into installed water treatment systems in homeowners' homes across your territory. You will personally run in-home appointments, present, and close with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and rapid conversion.

As an independent contractor, you’ll operate on a 100% commission structure with weekly pay, supported by an in-house appointment-setting team and a 40-year brand reputation that

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.
