Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking a Residential Sales Closer to join our team. You’ll work with company-provided leads, perform in-home consultations, present, and close sales for our salt-free water systems.

This is a 100% commission role with weekly pay. Territory is defined; in-home appointments are scheduled by an in-house team. A proven track record in high-ticket or home-services sales is required.

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.

3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales. Solar, roofing, home security, pest control and other in home services all transfer well

Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor
