LifeSource Water Systems is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Closer to work with company-provided leads and our in-house appointment setting team. You will run in-home appointments, present and close high-ticket water systems, and manage your own schedule across a defined territory.

We offer uncapped commissions with weekly pay and a strong 40-year brand reputation. You’ll benefit from homeowner financing options and full transparency on commission structure during the interview process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales.
• One-call close experience.
• Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor.
• Live within commuting distance of your territory.

Residential Sales Closer - Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K-$250K. Our top closers clear $250K-$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.
