Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking a Residential Sales Closer to close in-home, high-ticket water-system deals using company-provided leads. You’ll run appointments, present our salt-free systems, and close, earning uncapped commissions paid weekly.

Work with our in-house appointment-setting team, benefit from a 40-year brand, and schedule your own territory within a defined area. Previous solar/roofing or high-ticket closing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales.
• Experience with one-call closes and presenting complex products.
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.

The day to day: in-home appointments around your territory, consultative in-home closes, and working your pipeline.

Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor

Live within commuting distance of your territory
