ZINTEX Remodeling Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Design Consultant (Outside Sales / In-Home Sales Representative) to design dream showers and bathrooms at customers’ homes, guiding them through the ZINTEX sales process to secure agreements.

You will keep a 5-day appointment schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, attend trainings, and earn commissions with uncapped upside. The role emphasizes high-ticket remodeling and a luxury product line.

Formación

• Proven closing ability in one-call-close environments.
• Strong professional image, punctuality and reputation.
• Tech readiness for company systems and two-factor authentication.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and complete 2-week sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth.
• Maintain a weekly appointment schedule Monday–Friday and Saturday.
• Conduct professional, high-energy in-home sales appointments.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call-close design and sales process.
• Work with warm, pre-vetted leads with no cold-calling.
