Sequoia Outdoor Design & Build, Bay Area’s premier outdoor living specialist, seeks a high-performance closer to sell multi‑hundred thousand dollar projects to affluent homeowners. Expect inbound leads, a proven two‑appointment close, and a fully commission-based earning model with substantial upside.

You’ll train on our design tools and present 2D/3D concepts, while collaborating with our PM team. Target top-tier close rates and 12–18 monthly appointments as you ramp in a design‑build focus.

Formación

• 2–5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills and polished presence.
• Ability to learn design software (ArcSite, SketchUp, VizTerra) through training.
• Clean, professional communication and organization.
• Must consistently execute a structured sales process.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads with no cold calling.
• Conduct onsite consultations with homeowners.
• Capture site measurements and prepare 2D/3D design concepts.
• Present solutions and pricing on follow-up sessions.
• Follow a proven two-appointment close system.
• Sell complete outdoor living projects (pavers, turf, walls, kitchens, etc.).
• Maintain client relationships and drive referrals.
• Collaborate with Project Management; you focus on selling.
