Job summary

Moderna in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Manufacturing Associate II to join Research Analytics – High Throughput Operations. You will execute established high-throughput workflows, operate manual and automated systems, and document work with accuracy while supporting rapid, quality material generation for the company’s research programs.

You will monitor processes, troubleshoot routine issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (4+ years) or Bachelor’s (2+ years) in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on lab/manufacturing workflow experience in regulated or fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating laboratory instrumentation or integrated production systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day high-throughput manufacturing activities for DNA, mRNA, and LNP materials.
• Prepare samples, reagents, consumables, and materials; operate manual and automated equipment.
• Complete production records and digital documentation with accuracy and data integrity.
• Identify routine issues, troubleshoot at first line, and support investigations as needed.
