Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an operator on the production line to run and monitor packaging and flavor changeovers. You may handle raw material movements, ensure product quality, and assist with equipment changes multiple stations on the line.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintaining clean work areas. Lifting 20–45 lb cases and standing for long periods are required; weekend/holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to line with maintenance as necessary.
• Keep daily records of down time and machine operations.
• Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
