Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an on‑site production line operator to blend, weigh, measure and mix ingredients to exact beverage specifications. You will run tests, sample products, verify fill levels and labeling, and communicate changes to the process to maintain quality and safety.

You must lift 20–45 lb cases and stand for long shifts while keeping detailed records. The role requires adherence to SOPs, calibrating instruments, and supporting a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with audit and variance explanation.
• Product changeovers including CIP and flavor changes.
• Experience operating testing instruments (Carbo QC, HPLC, densitometer).
• Follows SOPs and calibration procedures.
• Experience with basic chemistry and food safety practices.
• Understanding of microbiology in a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line to ensure efficiency.
• Trace materials and finished products for proper flow.
• Perform tests to ensure package and product quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Record test data and communicate process modifications.
• Maintain reliable attendance and shift coverage.
• Coordinate with maintenance for line issues.
