Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced production operator to run and monitor the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will assist with material handling, changeovers, and basic maintenance while adhering to safety standards and housekeeping requirements.

The role involves lifting 20–45 pounds, standing or walking most of the shift, and may require weekend or holiday work. Prior experience on high-speed lines and palletizing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with high speed production lines is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and finished products to facilitate flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including new technologies.
• Keep work area clean and ensure good housekeeping.
• Maintain records of downtime and machine operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance for expedient repairs.
