Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of continuous work experience or equivalent Military training/education.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Able to work in environments with temperature extremes.
• Able to drive industrial tractors/forklifts.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate base machinery following a structured capability plan to meet performance and safety standards.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record supporting team success.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all safety rules and TPM practices.
• Ensure product quality by applying quality systems knowledge and communicating concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by understanding uptime, yield, and machine-hour cost.
