Job summary

HP Hood LLC in Concord, NH is seeking a self-motivated packaging associate to safely and efficiently package quality products in line with HP Hood standards. The role starts at $23.42 per hour and runs 5:00am to 1:30pm, with Wednesdays and Sundays off.

You will operate and clean high‑speed filling equipment, complete required paperwork, follow GMPs, and participate in cross-training to improve efficiency. A HS diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reading and writing proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean high speed filling machines.
• Safely operate all assigned equipment following safety guidelines.
• Complete paperwork per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Meet production quotas and maintain GMP standards.
• Participate in cross-training to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors and peers.
• Be adaptable to changing production schedules.
