Job summary

Kimberly-Clark's Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH is seeking a hands-on maintenance-focused professional to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, implement maintenance practices, and support continuous improvement in a high-performance work environment.

You’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and participate in a culture that prioritizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a state or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and PAT.
• Ability to learn and use mill computer systems (SAP, MES, MS Office, Outlook).
• Ideal candidate has a related technical degree or 5+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing or industrial electrical/mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and operate heavy equipment when required.
• Troubleshoot and maintain asset equipment to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Build capability through coaching and teamwork across the area.
• Document daily performance metrics accurately in spoken and written form.
• Adhere to standards and drive continuous improvement.
